For Our Community

With my wife Sarah at The Faceoff To Fight Cervical Cancer Charity Hockey event.

Over the past 7 years I have been operating my marketing agency – We Are Creative Inc. – here in Bolton. Throughout this time I've had the opportunity to give back to many of our local schools, charity groups, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as be a key contributor in the creation and development of a number of great community events and organizations.  (Please see below for more details.)

But my most proud achievement came last year, as MP David Tilson presented me with a Canada 150 medallion for Community Service. This award was in relation to The FACEOFF to Fight Cervical Cancer charity hockey fundraiser. In our 3 years presenting this event we have raised $20,000 for TEALPOWER. Of course, this all wouldn't have been possible without the generous support of the Bolton community. From the businesses who sponsored and donated prizes, to the players who participated, the volunteers who helped out, and of course the fans who showed up to cheer us on – I am truly humbled by the overwhelming support and love we received for these events.
